The World Health Organization announced a global health pandemic on March 12, 2020, due to the rapid and broad spread of a novel coronavirus causing the disease COVID19.
In response to this, the Grande Prairie Regional Emergency Partnership was activated to help coordinate a regional response to the evolving situation.
